What is your return policy?
We do offer a 14-day return privilege for anything you are not happy with.

How much does shipping cost?
We do not charge for shipping, and if you have a problem with a piece, we will even cover the cost of the return shipment.

Do you provide Appraisals?
On larger items we are always happy to provide you an insurance appraisal at no extra cost.

How are the gemstones graded?
Gemstone grading is done with stones in mounting, so weights and qualities are always a little subjective, but we do guarantee our pricing to be a good value for what is purchased.
